A typical session ranges from 30-60 min. Most clients receive maintenance bodywork sessions at least once a month. In-season, athletes tend to increase frequency to weekly or bi-weekly. Each session duration and frequency are personalized to your goals.

Just as regular car maintenance prevents breakdowns, body maintenance helps identify and correct minor imbalances, weaknesses, or stiffness before they lead to serious injuries.
