Advanced blood flow restriction therapy in Malvern, PA
Malvern, PA's one-on-one clinic for blood flow restriction therapy. BFR uses calibrated cuffs so you can build strength and muscle with lighter loads, ideal early in rehab and when heavy lifting isn't an option yet.

What blood flow restriction is
Blood flow restriction (BFR) uses a calibrated cuff to safely limit blood flow to a working limb, so light exercise can drive strength and muscle gains that usually require heavy loads.
At MYOLAB, BFR is a clinical tool built into your rehab, not a gadget bolted on. Your doctor sets the pressure to you, monitors the session, and programs the exercise so you keep building even when heavy loading would flare an injury.
- Early-stage rehab when heavy lifting isn't safe yet
- Rebuilding strength after injury or surgery
- Training around a painful joint or tendon
- Maintaining muscle when you can't fully load

BFR that works with your whole plan

BFR is a clinical technique, so it is priced by time like the rest of our clinical care. Any 60-minute appointment, whether it is a new evaluation, a re-evaluation, or a 1-hour follow-up, is $165, and any 30-minute appointment is $90. You can save through our clinical care packages or a membership.
When it is calibrated to you and supervised, BFR is a well-established rehab tool. At MYOLAB a clinician sets the cuff pressure to your limb, screens for contraindications during your evaluation, and monitors the entire session, so you get the benefit without guesswork.
BFR is especially valuable early in rehab, after injury or surgery, or when training around a painful joint or tendon, because it lets you build strength and muscle with much lighter loads. Your doctor will decide whether it fits your plan during your assessment.
Yes. Our clinical care is HSA/FSA-eligible, so you can use pre-tax dollars from your health savings or flexible spending account for evaluations, follow-ups, and care packages. Bring your HSA/FSA card and we will take it at checkout.
