Running Injury Care in Malvern, PA
Shin, knee, hip, and Achilles issues from running, triathlon, and cycling mileage rarely appear all at once. We find the cause, calm the pain, and keep you moving toward race day with 30–60 minute, one-on-one care in Malvern, PA.

Running injuries build over time.
The knee that aches after a long run, the shin that flares mid-block, the Achilles that tightens on hills: endurance injuries are almost always the product of load, mechanics, and recovery colliding over weeks, not a single bad step.
Because we work out of network, your first visit is 30–60 minutes, one-on-one, with the same provider. We look at how you run, how you train, and how you recover, then treat the cause behind the pain instead of chasing the sore spot.
Our chiropractors and physical therapists work as one team, combining sports chiropractic, physical therapy, dry needling, and manual therapy into one plan that protects your mileage while it resolves the problem.

Common running and endurance complaints we resolve
If it is limiting your mileage or nagging between runs, it belongs here. We diagnose precisely, then build a clear path back to full training.
From assessment to staying healthy
Good treatment starts with an accurate diagnosis. Here is how we find the source and keep it from coming back.
Assess
A 30–60 minute evaluation of your history, gait, and training load, plus a hands-on movement screen to find the true source of the pain.
Treat
Hands-on care, dry needling, and manual therapy calm irritated tissue and restore the movement you need to run comfortably.
Load
We rebuild strength and tissue capacity with progressive loading so the injured area can handle your mileage again.
Maintain
We line up training, recovery, and simple check-ins so you stay available through your next block and race.
