Contrast therapy: Cold plunge and sauna
Hot and cold in one guided block. Move between the sauna and the cold plunge to manage soreness, sharpen focus, and reset after a hard effort. Private Contrast Suites and a Traditional Sauna available.

What contrast therapy actually is
Contrast therapy alternates heat and cold, sauna followed by the cold plunge, in one guided block to help you manage soreness, sharpen focus, and reset after a hard effort.
You can use each side on its own or cycle between them. Sessions happen in a private sanctuary to decompress, restore, and perform at your best, and our Traditional Sauna and cold plunge sit inside the same building as our clinical team and performance gym, so recovery is part of how you train and heal.
- Cold Plunge: cold immersion to manage soreness and reset
- Traditional Sauna: dry heat to loosen tight muscles and support circulation
- Private Contrast Suites: sauna and cold plunge cycled in one guided block
- An open recovery room with no time limit for members

Cold plunge, sauna, and the full contrast cycle
Every side is available on its own or combined into a full contrast session, in the private contrast suites or the open recovery room.
Make contrast therapy part of a bigger recovery plan.
Members get monthly recovery sessions plus 15% to 20% off clinical care and performance training. One plan that grows with how you train and recover.

Memberships bring the per-session cost down.
The Private Contrast Suites give you a dedicated 30-minute block to cycle between the Traditional Sauna and the cold plunge on your own. The open recovery room has no time limit for members, so you can plunge, warm up, and repeat at your own pace.

Strength and performance offers one-on-one training at $110 and semi-private sessions at $50 per person, and we recommend starting with a 30-minute assessment. Recovery and longevity is self-serve: drop-ins start at $20, red light therapy is $40, and memberships start at $60 a month. Many clients move from rehab into training and recovery so their progress holds.
Yes. Our clinical care is HSA/FSA-eligible, so you can use pre-tax dollars from your health savings or flexible spending account to pay for evaluations, follow-ups, and care packages, which is one of the simplest ways to lower your out-of-pocket cost. Bring your HSA/FSA card and we will take it at checkout.
