Premier sports rehab for high school athletes
Ongoing bodywork and maintenance for elite high school athletes managing multi-sport seasons, club schedules, and the demands of getting recruited. 30–60 minute, one-on-one care in Malvern, PA.

The best ability is availability.
High school athletes are training more than ever, often across overlapping club and school seasons, while trying to stay healthy enough to perform in front of college coaches. The athletes who get recruited are usually the ones who stay on the field, not just the most talented.
We help young athletes get ahead of the wear and tear instead of only reacting to injuries. Each 30–60 minute, one-on-one visit combines bodywork, mobility, and movement work to manage training load, address early warning signs, and keep the body ready to compete.
Our chiropractors and physical therapists work as one team, and our performance training and recovery live under the same roof, so maintenance, strength, and recovery all line up in one plan.

Regular bodywork that keeps young athletes performing
Maintenance is not injury care. It is planned, recurring work that keeps a growing athlete moving well through a demanding season.
From assessment to season-long maintenance
A simple rhythm that keeps young athletes healthy and performing all year.
Assess
A 30–60 minute evaluation of the athlete's sports, schedule, history, and movement to establish a clear baseline.
Treat
Bodywork, manual therapy, and mobility work address current restrictions and any early warning signs.
Load
We coordinate with training so strength and conditioning support the sport instead of adding to overuse.
Maintain
Recurring visits, best supported by a monthly membership, keep the athlete available and performing through the season.
Q&A about high school athlete care
Yes. This is maintenance and performance care, not just injury treatment. Regular bodywork, mobility, and movement work help a healthy athlete stay healthy, manage training load, and keep performing when it matters most.
It depends on their sport and season. Many athletes do best with regular recurring visits, which is why a monthly membership fits well. We will recommend a cadence after the first assessment based on their schedule and goals.
Yes. Our clinical care, performance training, and recovery are under one roof, so maintenance, strength work, and recovery are coordinated rather than pulling in different directions.
No, but for ongoing maintenance a membership is usually the best value. Members get monthly recovery sessions plus a discount on clinical care and performance training. You can also come in for individual visits.
