Light that works

What red light therapy actually does

Red light therapy uses targeted red and near-infrared light to reach your cells and support the energy they use to recover, repair, and perform.

It is one of the simplest additions to a recovery routine: you spend a few minutes in the red light bed and get back to your day. At MYOLAB the bed sits inside the same building as our clinical team and performance gym, so recovery is part of how you train and heal, not a separate errand across town.

Active adults and athletes use red light to:
  • Support muscle recovery after training
  • Support skin health and tone
  • Boost cellular energy and everyday resilience
  • Add a quick, consistent recovery habit to a busy week
