Spinal adjustments that restore how your joints move
Malvern, PA's one-on-one clinic for joint adjustments and spinal manipulation. Precise, doctor-delivered adjustments to restore joint motion and calm pain, paired with the soft-tissue and rehab work that makes results last.

What spinal manipulation actually is
Joint adjustments are precise, controlled techniques that restore movement to a stiff or restricted joint and help calm the pain around it.
At MYOLAB, an adjustment is never a stand-alone crack-and-go. Your doctor assesses how your spine and joints move, delivers the adjustment where it is actually indicated, and pairs it with soft-tissue work and corrective exercise so the change holds.
- Stiff, restricted spinal or joint motion
- Back and neck pain that limits everyday movement
- Joint pain that flares with training or sport
- Care that treats the joint and the movement around it

Adjustments that work with your whole plan
We don't just adjust the joint and send you on your way. Every session is built around what your body actually needs that day.

Spinal manipulation is a clinical technique, so it is priced by time like the rest of our clinical care. Any 60-minute appointment, whether it is a new evaluation, a re-evaluation, or a 1-hour follow-up, is $165, and any 30-minute appointment is $90. You can save through our clinical care packages or a membership.
At MYOLAB our clinicians work at the top of their scope: our chiropractor performs both adjustments and dry needling, and our physical therapist performs both manipulation and dry needling. That means the technique you get is the one your body actually needs, not the only one a single discipline offers.
That is exactly what your first visit is for. We take a thorough history, run a hands-on movement and orthopedic assessment, and only adjust where it is indicated. If manipulation is not the right tool for you that day, we will use the ones that are, from manual therapy to corrective exercise.
Yes. Our clinical care is HSA/FSA-eligible, so you can use pre-tax dollars from your health savings or flexible spending account for evaluations, follow-ups, and care packages. Bring your HSA/FSA card and we will take it at checkout.
