Tennis, Padel & Pickleball Injuries

Treat racket sport injury and stay optimized on the court

Shoulder, elbow, knee, and ankle issues are common to fast court sports like tennis, padel, and pickleball. We keep you playing while we resolve the underlying cause with 30–60 minute, one-on-one care in Malvern, PA.

Root-cause care

Court injuries rarely start on one point.

The elbow that flares after a weekend of pickleball, the shoulder that aches on the serve, the knee that complains after quick changes of direction: fast court sports load the same tissues over and over, and the pain usually builds before it ever stops your game.

Because we work out of network, your first visit is 30–60 minutes, one-on-one, with the same provider. We look at how you move, serve, and change direction, then treat the cause behind the pain instead of the sore spot alone.

Our chiropractors and physical therapists work as one team, combining sports chiropractic, physical therapy, dry needling, and manual therapy into one plan that keeps you on the court.

How we work

From assessment to staying healthy

Good treatment starts with an accurate diagnosis. Here is how we find the source and keep it from coming back.

Assess

A 30–60 minute evaluation of your history, your sport, and the movements that hurt, plus a hands-on movement screen to find the true source.

Treat

Manual therapy, dry needling, and adjustments calm irritated tissue and restore the movement you need to play comfortably.

Load

We rebuild strength and control in the shoulder, elbow, and lower body so the tissue can handle serves, swings, and pivots.

Maintain

We line up training, recovery, and simple check-ins so you stay available for your next match and season.
