Personal performance training, coached with a doctor's eye
Most trainers push you harder. We build you smarter. MYOLAB's athletic performance training is guided by clinicians who understand how the body moves, heals, and performs.

Personal training & sports performance coaching
Training here is coached, not just supervised. Every program is doctor-informed so the way you lift, progress, and recover lines up with what your body actually needs, whether you're an active adult keeping up with the sports you love or a competitive athlete training toward your next level.
- 1-on-1 Personal Training: Full individual attention, every session
- Semi-Private Training (3–5): Same expert coaching at a lower per-person rate
- Performance Gym Membership: Limited, exclusive access for serious training

How your strength training program is built
You start with a thorough assessment. From there we build a plan and progress it in safe, supervised steps, expert-led coaching that protects active adults and competitive athletes alike.
Bundle clinical care, training, and recovery into one membership.
Members get monthly recovery sessions plus 15% to 20% off clinical care and performance training. One plan that grows with how you train and recover.

Right away. As soon as you sign up you can book your preferred semi-private time and get started, with no waiting period.
Semi-private members sign up for one-hour sessions online or at the coach's discretion, so the groups are not fixed. Who is in your session can vary, and makeups vary too depending on when you book.
Yes. We are happy to group you with a friend or family member, accommodated at the coach's discretion.
Grouping is at the coach's discretion and capped at five people per coach per hour. We do not strictly match by age, experience, or fitness level, because the programming is adapted for each person; a college athlete and a 50-year-old can train in the same session and each follow the right plan for them.
Yes. Beyond clinical care, MYOLAB has three departments under one roof. Strength and performance offers one-on-one training at $110 and semi-private sessions at $50 per person, and we recommend starting with a 30-minute assessment. Recovery and longevity is self-serve: drop-ins start at $20, red light therapy is $40, and memberships start at $60 a month. Many clients move from rehab into training and recovery so their progress holds.
Clinical intake is request-then-callback. You submit a request through our contact page, and a member of our team calls you back to learn what is going on and schedule the right first visit. This short conversation lets us match you with the right clinician and make sure the 30–60 minutes is set up for your needs before you arrive. If you are on the fence, we sometimes offer a brief consultation to talk things through.
