Hands-on manual therapy that frees up how you move
Malvern, PA's one-on-one manual therapy clinic. Myofascial release, myofascial decompression (cupping), and IASTM/Graston to release restricted soft tissue, calm pain, and restore range of motion, delivered by a doctor for the 30–60 minutes.

What manual therapy actually is
Manual therapy is skilled, hands-on treatment of the muscles, fascia, and joints that are limiting how you move and holding on to pain.
At MYOLAB, manual therapy is not a quick rub-down before you leave. Your doctor assesses how you move, then chooses the right hands-on tools for the day, from focused soft-tissue work to instrument-assisted techniques, and pairs them with the rest of your plan.
- Myofascial release for tight, restricted fascia and muscle
- Myofascial decompression (cupping) to lift and mobilize tissue
- IASTM / Graston instrument-assisted soft-tissue work
- Targeted soft-tissue and joint mobilization

Manual therapy is a clinical technique, so it is priced by time like the rest of our clinical care. Any 60-minute appointment, whether it is a new evaluation, a re-evaluation, or a 1-hour follow-up, is $165, and any 30-minute appointment is $90. You can save through our clinical care packages or a membership.
Manual therapy is doctor-led clinical treatment tied to a diagnosis and a rehab plan, using techniques like myofascial release, cupping, and IASTM/Graston to address a specific restriction. Sports massage is focused recovery work to loosen tight tissue and keep you training. Many patients use both, and your provider will help you decide which fits.
Myofascial decompression (cupping) can leave temporary circular discoloration, and IASTM/Graston can leave brief redness, both of which typically fade within a few days. Neither is a bruise in the injury sense, and your clinician will always talk you through what to expect before starting.
Yes. Our clinical care is HSA/FSA-eligible, so you can use pre-tax dollars from your health savings or flexible spending account for evaluations, follow-ups, and care packages. Bring your HSA/FSA card and we will take it at checkout.
