Root-cause care

You do not have to stop lifting to get better.

Most lifting injuries are not a single failed rep. They build from load, technique, and recovery over time, then show up as a cranky low back on deadlifts, a shoulder that pinches overhead, or an elbow that flares on high-volume days.

Because we work out of network, your first visit is 30–60 minutes, one-on-one, with the same provider. We look at how you move under load, then treat the cause behind the pain so the fix actually holds.

Our chiropractors and physical therapists work as one team, combining sports chiropractic, physical therapy, dry needling, and manual therapy with smart programming so you keep training while we resolve the problem.

How we work

From assessment to staying healthy

Good treatment starts with an accurate diagnosis. Here is how we find the source and keep it from coming back.

Assess

A 30–60 minute evaluation of your history, training, and the lifts that hurt, plus a hands-on movement screen to find the true source.

Treat

Adjustments, dry needling, and manual therapy calm irritated tissue and restore the movement you need to lift comfortably.

Load

We rebuild strength and tissue capacity with progressive loading and technique work so the movement holds up under the bar.

Maintain

We connect your care to performance training and recovery so you stay strong and available.
