What body work and maintenance means at MYOLAB

Body work and maintenance is the hands-on soft-tissue work and recovery that keeps you moving well between bigger clinical visits and training blocks.

It sits between clinical care and recovery, and it is shared by both. That is why body work is built into your plan rather than added on as an afterthought: it works alongside your chiropractor, physical therapist, and personal trainer, all under one roof. This is care for anyone working to feel and move better, from athletes managing training load to anyone who wants to stay strong over the long run.

People use body work and maintenance to:
  • Release tightness that builds up over a week of training
  • Restore restricted mobility so they move better in and out of the gym
  • Address the cumulative wear of a sport before it becomes an injury
  • Hold onto progress made in rehab or training

FAQ

Q&A about body work & maintenance

Hands-on body work is priced by session length like our sports massage: 30 minutes is $55, 60 minutes is $100, and 90 minutes is $140 at our standard rates. Members save 15 to 20 percent as part of a MYOLAB Recovery Membership, and a membership is the way to bring the cost down.

Body work and maintenance keeps you moving well between bigger clinical visits and training blocks. It is shared by both our clinical and recovery teams, so it works alongside chiropractic, physical therapy, and recovery rather than replacing an evaluation when something needs a full clinical workup.

Yes. Beyond clinical care, MYOLAB has three departments under one roof. Strength and performance offers one-on-one training at $110 and semi-private sessions at $50 per person, and we recommend starting with a 30-minute assessment. Recovery and longevity is self-serve: drop-ins start at $20, red light therapy is $40, and memberships start at $60 a month. Many clients move from rehab into training and recovery so their progress holds.

Clinical intake is request-then-callback. You submit a request through our contact page, and a member of our team calls you back to learn what is going on and schedule the right first visit. This short conversation lets us match you with the right clinician and make sure the 30–60 minutes is set up for your needs before you arrive. If you are on the fence, we sometimes offer a brief consultation to talk things through.

Yes. Our clinical care is HSA/FSA-eligible, so you can use pre-tax dollars from your health savings or flexible spending account to pay for evaluations, follow-ups, and care packages, which is one of the simplest ways to lower your out-of-pocket cost. Bring your HSA/FSA card and we will take it at checkout.
