What dry needling actually is

Dry needling uses thin needles to target the tight, knotted areas in your muscles that are causing pain and limiting how you move.

What makes our approach different is that dry needling is built into your care, not added on as an afterthought. Both our chiropractor and physical therapist are trained in the technique, so it works alongside whatever else your body needs that day.

People come to us for:
  • Muscle tightness that just won't go away
  • Nagging injuries that keep flaring up
  • Pain that other treatments haven't fixed
  • Faster recovery between workouts or training blocks

FAQ

Q&A about dry needling

Dry needling is a clinical technique, so it is priced by time like the rest of our clinical care. Any 60-minute appointment, whether it is a new evaluation, a re-evaluation, or a 1-hour follow-up, is $165, and any 30-minute appointment is $90. Your first visit is not discounted; you can save through our clinical care packages or a membership.

Because dry needling is built into your chiropractic or physical therapy care rather than booked on its own, your booking labels are discipline-specific. When you schedule, you will see the visit type for the clinician you are seeing, such as a Chiropractic Visit or a Physical Therapy Visit.

Dry needling uses thin monofilament needles to release tight, irritated muscle tissue and trigger points, which can reduce pain and restore movement. At MYOLAB our clinicians work at the top of their scope: our chiropractors perform both adjustments and dry needling, and our physical therapists perform both dry needling and manipulation. That means your care is not boxed in by a single discipline, and the technique you get is the one your body actually needs.

Your first visit is a 30–60 minute new-patient evaluation for $165. We sit down with you, take a thorough history, run a hands-on movement and orthopedic assessment, and explain what we are finding in plain language. You leave with a clear plan and, in most cases, treatment that same day. Follow-up visits are $165 for 60 minutes or $90 for 30 minutes, and care packages are available: Jumpstart (4 visits, $600), Recovery (8 visits, $1,160), and Full Rehab (12 visits, $1,680). All clinical care is HSA/FSA-eligible.

Yes. Our clinical care is HSA/FSA-eligible, so you can use pre-tax dollars from your health savings or flexible spending account to pay for evaluations, follow-ups, and care packages, which is one of the simplest ways to lower your out-of-pocket cost. Bring your HSA/FSA card and we will take it at checkout.
